Oaks Farm is now a quiet smallholding with 11 acres of surrounding land containing Sheep, Pigs, Chickens, Horses and Monty the Fox Red Labrador.

Over the years previous owners have added to and changed many parts of this farmhouse, but now we are trying to reinstate more of the original 19th Century look to the property. We have recently replaced many of the UVPC windows back to Stone Mullions and Oak sash windows that look more in keeping with the period.
We have generous garden space, a polytunnel, a pond (where Monty likes to get his bath), outdoor seating, lots of parking and all the piece and quiet you could want.

An annexe to the main farmhouse, but totally self-sufficient. With two bedrooms (a double and a twin), central heating, washing machine (just in case one of those country walks turns messy), WiFi, TV, Microwave and more, Oaks has everything you need for your time away. We even have a tennis court if you're feeling energetic. If you want to relax, work, walk or simply use Oaks as a base to visit all that Wiltshire has to offer then look no further. Oaks Farm Retreat is a newly refurbished quiet home from home in the piece and quiet of the small hamlet of St Edith's Marsh. ideally placed to visit Lacock Abbey (home of Hogwarts), Stonehenge, Avebury stone circles, the Cities of Bath and Bristol any much more.
